$300.00 per person October 19 - 31, 2024

REFUND POLICY:

By October 18 – full refund

October 19 – 31 - 50%

After October 31 – NO REFUND

HOTELS:

ALL SERVICE MEMBER ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE RMAF OFFICE

Guarantee with a credit card is required & the 1st night deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in depends upon your assigned rooms availability.

TRAVEL:

If you plan to fly into the Rapid City Regional Airport, the hotel is 12 miles. A free shuttle from the airport can be scheduled in advance by calling 605-399-9999.

If you are driving to Rapid City, the hotel has plenty of free parking.

SHIPPING MATERIALS TO THE HOTEL:

The hotel will accept your shipments no more than three (3) days prior to your arrival. When shipping, please include your name & Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs on each label.
