REFUND POLICY:

Before October 16 – full refund

October 16 – 29 - 50%

After October 29 – NO REFUND

HOTELS:

ALL SERVICE MEMBER ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE RMAF OFFICE

Guarantee with a credit card is required & the 1st night deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check-in depends upon your assigned rooms availability.

Showcase Act Rooms:

We ask booking agents to direct their acts to the overflow hotel (next door to the Billings Hotel):

TRAVEL:

If you plan to fly into the Billings International Airport, the hotel is 7.5 miles. A free shuttle from the airport can be secured upon arrival by calling 406-248-7151 .

If you are driving to Billings, use exit 446 from I-90. The hotel has plenty of free parking.

SHIPPING MATERIALS TO THE HOTEL:

The hotel will accept your shipments no more than three (3) days prior to your arrival. When shipping, please include your name & Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs on each label.
