CONVENTION REGISTRATION:

$275.00 per person by October 15, 2025

$300.00 per person October 16 - 29, 2025

$325.00 After October 29 – ON SITE ONLY

Day Registration is also available:

$125.00 per day AFTER OCTOBER 29 - ON SITE ONLY

REFUND POLICY:

By October 15 – full refund

October 16 – 29 - 50%

After October 29 – NO REFUND

**HOTEL:

Fair & Festival Members are responsible for making their own reservations.

Room Rates are $110, plus sales & lodging tax, per night.
NOTE: 1st night deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation

If you plan to fly into Billings International Airport, the hotel is 6 miles away. A free shuttle from the airport can be secured by calling the hotel upon arrival - 406-248-7151.

If you will be driving to Billings, the hotel has plenty of free parking.
