SERVICE MEMBER APPLICATION

DUES ARE $110.00 PER YEAR (US FUNDS) Dues apply to the calender year regardless of when they are paid. This is
established so that all current year members can be included in the ensuing year's directory. Dues for the ensuing year must be paid by the 15th of December or membership will be dropped. Note that this time frame gives a member the privilege of two conventions, directory listing and receipt of the newsletter 6 times a year.Each service member in attendance must register for the convention and one person from that membership may register as a voting delegate. Each membership may have one floor vote. No proxy votes are accepted. At RMAF conventions, service
members are put in rooms that are as centrally located as possible and easily accessible to all participants. This placement is, however, dependent upon the number of rooms available and the number of service members attending. Therefore, your room is your display area at the conventions. Service member rooms are assigned by the Executive Secretary of the Association.

A service member can hold office on the RMAF Board of Directors by due election of the service members in attendance at the
annual fall convention. There are two positions for two service members on the RMAF Board of Directors. Service member topics are always included on the program of the annual conventions.

SHOWCASING AT THE ANNUAL CONVENTIONS. Talent individuals and talent agencies must be a member or have applied to be a member of RMAF one year prior to participating in a convention showcase. If sufficient member talent is not available the showcase committee may waive the one year requirement. However, any non-member talent requesting to showcase must apply for membership and be accepted as a member of RMAF prior to consideration for showcasing privileges. The showcase chairman is in charge of selecting all acts for a convention. Membership does not guarantee an appearance on the showcase.

FAIRS: Dues are based on your attendance figures for the past year. Each fair must provide this information through the annual questionnaire mailed prior to the annual convention. Each fair has one vote per fair at the annual meeting or general assembly.

All dues apply to the calendar year of January 1 through December 15, regardless of when they are paid. Current year payment assures members of inclusion in ensuing year's directory. Dues not paid by December 15 will result in member being dropped from the mailing list.
