IAFE Workshop--Intro. To Business Planning
The workshop will introduce the concept of business planning, explain the difference between a strategic plan and a business plan, and outline the benefits of business planning for fairs. The steps will be defined and the tools and templates to help fairs get started will be provided.
This workshop will be an official "for-credit" course of the Institute of Fair Management.
